REASON OF SENDING HALF – HUMANOID ROBOT IN SPACE

As ISRO declared that it is going to launch GAGANYAAN MISSION around December 2021 and to attain that target ISRO already shortlisted 4 astronauts for further training which will take place in Russia.

Before this human flights to space ISRO already scheduled some unmanned flight to space to check the performance of capsule that how many days will it last?  and the capacity of it. just to check all these ISRO is planning to do 2 unmanned mission. the first launch will take place in the last month of 2020 and the second launch will take place in the month of July in 2021. just to understand the environment and capacity of the capsule in more efficient way ISRO is also planning to send a half-humanoid robot with the capsule.

ABOUT VYOM MITRA ROBOT

so VYOM MITRA is a half -humanoid robot. now you all are wondering what is the concept of humanoid robot or half- humanoid robot?
so it’s a simple concept humanoid robot implies a robot which looks indistinguishable to human beings. In simple terms, the humanoid robot is a robot which got 2 limbs and head as same as humans. now you all inquire that why are we saying Indian humanoid a half -humanoid robot because Indian robot only got the upper side of the human body and the lower part of it’s is not so much functional. ISRO is also saying that they’ll make sure that they also set up AI technology in VYOM MITRA.

DEVELOPED IN INDIA

Now we’ll talk about the development of this robot. so some parts of it are exported from foreign countries but overall it was developed in India by the scientist of IISc ( Indian Institute of Science ) and ISRO.

CONCLUSION

If we observe carefully then we can conclude that ISRO doing a great job in space research and after the USA and Russia India will become the third company to accomplish this task and these all actions proof that ISRO had quite a long approach .
